Make it

  1. Add your tea bag to a heat proof cup and pour in 200ml of 75 degree water ( don’t have a thermometer? boil the kettle and leave it for 2 minutes to cool before using )

  2. Stir and leave to steep for 3 mins.

  3. Remove the teabag, stir in two teaspoons of sugar half your syrup, then allow the liquid to cool

  4. In a glass add your chosen topping

  5. Fill the glass halfway with ice

  6. Pour over your tea mixture and top up with water

  7. Add your straw, stir and enjoy
